St Judes Carlton is looking for a International Students Minister (ISM) to join the Student Ministry team and to lead its Cross Cultures International student ministry. This is a central feature of St Jude's vision and mission. Cross Cultures is a joint venture between St Jude's and AFES, and is primarily an evangelistic ministry.

The heart of Cross Cultures is a bible study and meal every Thursday evening with about 60 attendees. Cross Cultures also run social activities and two annual camps for international students. For more information about Cross Cultures click here.

We are looking for someone who is a gifted Bible teacher; demonstrably committed to evangelism; a self starter; good at building relationships across cultures; and someone who is able to equip and develop others for gospel ministry.

We are ideally looking for someone to make a minimum 3 year commitment. The role would ideally be 0.8 FTE for the first year (but if a full time role is preferred, this may be possible). Years 2 and 3 would ideally be full time. The post will start in February 2014.
