There are lots of things happening in our community life. Here's a few we recommend to everyone:
Welcome suppers
These give you a chance to hear who we are and what we're on about. There's plenty of time for questions and chatting. For an invite, contact

Sunday services
Choose a congregation and come regularly. This will help you get to know people and feel part of the community.
Weekly small groups
These groups meet in people's homes to grow together in love and knowledge of God and each other. They're a great way of meeting a smaller group of people. For more info, chat to Deb Sugars.
Mission
Our vision is to seek the spiritual renewal of Inner Northern Melbourne - and particularly those we work with. You can be involved by imagining what this looks like, participating in our community life, inviting friends, welcoming people and praying. For more info about these, check out '5 things'.
Sacrificial service
We want our community to be deeply loving and supportive. This might mean:
- serving on rosters;
- looking out for new people;
- showing hospitality and cooking meals;
- calling each other to faithful living;
- challenging each other to grow;
- reminding each other of God's love; or
- lots of other creative ways of meeting each others' needs.
We encourage everyone to mirror God's generosity in the way they support the ministries of the church. We want every member of our community with capacity to financially support our community with regular, disciplined giving. Prayer
We love praying and it's important to continually bring our community and its life before our Father. Please join us to pray at one or more of these times:
- Weekly - 100% prayer time. 7:30-8:30am. Tuesdays in Carlton (St Jude's building on corner Lygon and Elgin Streets) or Thursdays in Parkville (Ridley)
- Monthly - All St Jude's. 7:45pm, first Monday of each month. Corner Lygon and Elgin Streets, Carlton.
- Other times - Please pray for our community life anytime - in small groups, individually, with friends!
